Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 200 COPD patients with gold1-4 stable stage diagnosed by standard pulmonary function test (PFT) were included in the study; 2. 400 subjects (PRISM) with preserved ratio impaired vital capacity measurement (PRISM); 3. Another 400 normal subjects with age-matched PFT were included; 4. Recruit patients through respiratory department, thoracic surgery clinic and advertisement form of Huadong Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University; 5. The project has been approved by the ethics committee of Huadong Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University (see Annex), and all patients have signed informed consent. 6. All subjects completed dual gas phase CT examination within 2 weeks before and after PFT measurement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of lung surgery; 2. Patients with severe thoracic deformity; 3. Patients with lung infection, lung consolidation, atelectasis, massive pleural effusion and severe pulmonary interstitial fibrosis that affect lung analysis; 4. Patients with severe bronchial asthma, pulmonary tuberculosis, diffuse bronchiectasis, pulmonary hypertension and other respiratory diseases; 5. Patients with acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction; 6. Patients with occupational dust exposure history.
