Esketamine group:Anesthesia induction to esketamine 0.5-1 mg/kg
Remifentanil group:Anesthesia induction with Sufen 0.1-0.5 ug/kg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with asa1-2 grade; 2. Patients younger than 65 years old; 3. Patients with spinal cord disease, 4. Patients with intracranial benign tumor without intracranial hypertension symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with high intracranial pressure, brain stem space occupying, and patients with huge tumor > 5cm before operation; 2. Patients with poor control of hypertension; 3. Patients with intracranial malignant tumor.
