Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 years old; 2. Doctors suspected or diagnosed necrotizing soft tissue infection; 3. Doctors evaluate the patients who need immediate debridement; 4. The patients knew the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who had undergone surgical debridement at admission; 2. Patients with any other medical status that could not participate in the study, including MRI contraindications, such as cardiac pacemakers. 3. Pregnant patients. 4. Patients who cannot understand written / spoken Chinese. 5. Patients with any history of mental and mental illness.
