Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children over 8 years old whose diagnostic criteria refer to the diagnostic criteria of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in zhufutang Practical Pediatrics. 2. Children who meet all the following conditions were included in the study: (1) Azithromycin is regularly treated for 7 days or more at admission; (2) There are still fever, cough, or with dyspnea, wheezing and so on; (3) The auscultation sound of the lung was thick or weak, or the moist sound could be heard; (4) Mycoplasma antibody IgM changed from negative to positive or the titer of mycoplasma antibody is more than 1:160; (5) Chest X-ray or CT findings are bronchial pneumonia, interstitial pneumonia, homogeneous lung consolidation, atelectasis, pleural effusion, pneumothorax, lung abscess, etc; (6) This study is approved by the hospital medical ethics committee before the implementation of the study, and the consent of the family members or guardians of the children is obtained before the implementation of the study, and the informed consent is signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart failure, congenital heart disease, tuberculosis infection, bronchial dysplasia, bronchial foreign body and other complications; 2. Patients with allergic history of tetracycline drugs.
