Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Main cohort: (1) Subjects planned to give birth in the hospital where they registered the account; (2) Subjects lived in the municipal district where the survey hospital was located, and had no relocation plan in six years; (3) Subjects had normal reading and communication ability; (4) Subjects were willing to sign the informed consent and cooperate with the whole follow-up survey; (5) Subjects can use wechat and will not change mobile phone number in six years. 2. Supplementary cohort (1) High-altitude hypoxic exposure child cohort 1) Subjects lived in the area with altitude higher than 2500 meters; (2) Ethnic minority child cohort 1) Zang, Mongolia, Tu, Sala, Qiang, Yi, Hui, Dongxiang, Baoan, Yugu, Miao, Buyi, Dong and other ethnic minorities; 2) The place of residence was consistent with the place of birth; 3) All direct relatives within three generations had same ethnicity; 3. Sub-cohort (1) Subjects with 6-12 weeks of gestation had Chinese nationality; (2) Both natural conception and assisted reproductive technology were acceptable; (3) Subjects registered account, selected the child healthcare service at our designated clinical centers and had no plan to relocate to another province in two years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Main cohort (1) Subjects or her guardian had inadequate reading ability; (2) Subjects had inadequate communication ability, cognitive impairment or mental diseases. 2. Sub-cohort (1) Subjects had notifiable infectious diseases including hepatitis B, syphilis and HIV; (2) Subjects had severe mental diseases.
