Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary TKA; knee osteoarthritis; Cooperate with functional exercise; Aged 18-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: High risk of thrombosis; Previous history of venous thrombosis; Patients with lower limb muscle strength.
