Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age ranges from 20-85 years old; 2. own long-term drug addiction history (determined by the duration and dose of addiction); 3. No heart disease, cerebral hemorrhage, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cancer and other acute and chronic diseases.
