Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 1 to 16 years; 2. They met the diagnostic criteria for primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) in accordance with the "evidence-based guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of steroid sensitive, relapsed / dependent nephrotic syndrome (2016)" issued by the nephrology group of the scientific branch of Chinese Medical Association in 2016; 3 It meets the diagnostic criteria of hypothyroidism (including clinical hypothyroidism and subclinical hypothyroidism) in the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of adult hypothyroidism published by endocrinology branch of Chinese Medical Association in 2017.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Contraindications of levothyroxine sodium tablets (LT4).
