Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with malignant solid tumors (lung cancer, colorectal cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, cervical cancer) diagnosed by histopathology or cytology; (2) In patients with multiple lung metastases diagnosed by imaging (enhanced chest CT, PET-CT) or pathological examination, in principle, there are several metastases, and the diameter of a single lesion is = 70, and the expected survival period is >= 6 months; (7) There is no significant abnormality in lung function: FEV1 > 50%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have received pulmonary radiotherapy within one year; (2) Those who have undergone lobectomy or pneumonectomy and affected lung function; (3) Chronic lung diseases that seriously affect lung function, such as pulmonary bullae, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pneumoconiosis, old tuberculosis, etc.; (4) Severe lung infection or active tuberculosis; (5) There is an uncontrollable amount of pleural fluid; (6) There are any contraindications to radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
