Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Ischemic stroke meets the diagnostic criteria of 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke, and is confirmed by head CT/MRI. (2) Hypertension meets the diagnostic criteria of The 2018 Revision of Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension; Diabetes meets the 2018 American Diabetes Association (ADA) Diabetes Care Standards; The diagnostic criteria for dyslipidemia meet the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Adults. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) meets the diagnostic criteria of the 2006 United States Guidelines for Clinical Practice of Kidney Disease/Dialysis. (3) The diagnostic criteria for obesity are in line with the Asian adult weight classification recommended by WHO in 2000. Overweight and obese are defined as those with a BMI of 23-24.9 kg/m2 and 25-29.9 kg/m2 respectively. Hyperhomocysteinemia was plasma homocysteine level >15 mol/L. Hyperuricemia meets the diagnostic criteria of 2019 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperuricemia and Gout; The diagnostic criteria of sleep apnea syndrome were more than 30 repeated episodes of apnea or hypopnea during 7h sleep per night or =5 episodes /h. (4) In the sea level area, the diagnosis standard of anemia is below 120g/L for adult male (below 110g/L for adult female); Abnormal thyroid function (hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism) meet the NICE guidelines published by the National Health and Clinical Excellence Study 2019. (5) The informed consent of the patient or his/her legally authorized representative is obtained;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with mRS score >= 2 points or moderate to severe mental disorder or dementia before the onset of the disease; (2) During pregnancy, postpartum, recent hemodialysis, combined with malignant tumor.
