Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In patients with obvious lumbocrural pain, the imaging examination was consistent with the clinical symptoms and signs, and the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation was clear. 2. Those patients who failed to receive conservative treatment for more than 4 weeks affected their life or were unable to work. 3. Patients without lumbar segmental instability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with lumbar fracture, infection, motor neuron disease, syringomyelia and intraspinal tumor.
