Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A total of 90 patients aged 18-70 years were selected; 2. Patients undergoing VATS lobectomy in our hospital; 3. Patients who underwent single port VATS lobectomy; 4. Patients with ASA grade I - II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with local anesthetic allergy; 2. Patients with abnormal platelet and coagulation function; 3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction and liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients with deformity or infection at the block site; 5. Patients with a history of mental illness; 6. Recent or long-term use of opioids.
