18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For preterm infants: Singleton babies GA 28 -37 weeks; Admitted to the pediatric or obstetric wards; Discharged from NICU <=2weeks; 2. For mothers: Aged 18-45 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. For preterm infants: Has traumatic brain injury, severe congenital disease, metabolic genetic disease and other serious illnesses/ complications; 5 minutes Apgar score< 7; 2. For mothers: Report of prior mental illness, addiction or substance abuse; Report of HIV, virus hepatitis, syphilis and other chronic illness; Unable to take care of babies; Plan to move out of the areas in the next 6 months.
