Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 50 patients with unilateral knee arthroscopy and cruciate ligament reconstruction under general anesthesia combined with femoral nerve block were selected; 2. Patients of both sexes, aged 18-65 years, ASA I-II; 3. Patients without history of hypertension and diabetes had no serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and blood system diseases; 4. Patients with negative radial artery modified Allen test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with long-term history of taking vasoactive drugs, preoperative or intraoperative arrhythmia; 2. Patients with severe hypertension whose intraoperative blood pressure >= 180 / 110mmhg.
