Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with single or multiple teeth missing and complex bone defects in the missing tooth area, i.e. single wall defect >= 3mm, or three-dimensional bone defect; 2. Exclude systemic diseases and patients with local implantation conditions; 3. Patients with subjective implant intention, good medical compliance, and able to cooperate with preoperative examination and postoperative follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe periodontitis, or patients with periodontitis under treatment but not under control; 2. Patients with poor systemic condition and unable to tolerate implant surgery; 3. Patients with severe diabetes or other basic diseases, affecting the contraindication of tooth implantation such as osseointegration after implantation.
