Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary gallbladder cancer, and all of them had not received radiotherapy, chemotherapy or immunotherapy before surgery; 2. All patients with gallbladder cancer underwent radical resection of gallbladder cancer; 3. In the control group, patients with chronic cholecystitis and healthy volunteers who were treated at the same time as patients with gallbladder cancer were randomly selected, and none of them had other basic diseases.
