Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I ~ III in elderly patients undergoing elective lumbar surgery; 2. The estimated operation time is 2 hours to 4 hours; 3. The patient's age is more than or equal to 65 years old; 4. The hospital stay of the patients should not be less than 3 days (operation day and 2 days after operation); 5. Patients without severe hearing and visual impairment have the ability to read and complete neurobehavioral tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of dementia, psychiatry or any central nervous system disease; 2. Patients with severe cerebrovascular disease or history of cerebrovascular disease with cognitive dysfunction; 3. Patients who have recently taken sedatives or antidepressants; 4. Alcoholism or drug dependence; 5. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 6. Patients who have participated in this trial in the past; 7. Patients who are considered unsuitable for clinical trial by clinicians.
