21 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertile women aged 20-40 years; 2. Subjects with normal blood glucose and lipids; 3. Subjects with no family history of cardiovascular disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with or without any history of metabolic, endocrine and infectious diseases; 2. Obese (body mass index (BMI), >= 28 kg/m2); 3. Patients taking steroids or multivitamins containing vitamin A; 4. Patients with unilateral or bilateral ovarian surgery; 5. Patients with other fertility related factors, such as smoking, alcohol consumption and diet; 6. Patients with family history of cardiovascular disease or other metabolic diseases.
