Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those aged 18-69 who voluntarily participate in sports intervention; 2. Those whose OGTT screening results meet the diagnostic criteria of PDM currently used in China: 6.1=<fasting blood glucose (FPG) < 7.0 and/or 7.8=<OGTT 2h blood glucose (2hPG) < 11.1. 3. Those with middle or low risk , or high-risk population whose disease or symptoms/signs are controlled after specialist diagnosis and treatment and approved by the doctor, and confirmed that there is no contraindication to exercise testing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those whose OGTT result during the baseline test does not meet the IGR diagnostic criteria. 2. Those who take/use drugs that affect blood sugar and blood lipids.
