Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for the nasopharyngeal carcinoma group after radiotherapy (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2006 guidelines for the treatment of head and neck malignancies and who receive radiotherapy; (2) the kubota drinking water test screening ? level or ? level; (3) Patients with clear consciousness can follow instructions to swallow food; (4) Patients with informed consent and active cooperation in this study; (5) Patients aged 30-75 years. 2. Inclusion criteria for brainstem infarction group (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of The 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of acute ischemic stroke and are clearly diagnosed as brain stem hemorrhage or brain stem infarction by CT or MRI examination within 1 year of disease course; (2) the kubota drinking water test screening ? level or ? level; (3) Patients with clear consciousness can follow instructions to swallow food; (4) Patients with informed consent and active cooperation in this study; (5) Patients aged 40-75 years. 3. Inclusion criteria for Parkinson's disease group (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's Disease (2016 edition) formulated in China in 2016; (2) the kubota drinking water test screening ? level or ? level; (3) Patients with clear consciousness can follow instructions to swallow food; (4) Patients with informed consent and active cooperation in this study; (5) Patients aged 50-75 years. 4. The inclusion criteria of swallowing disturbance in the elderly at home (1) Patients with dysphagia caused by stroke, head and neck cancer, brain injury, Parkinson's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, multiple sclerosis and other diseases were excluded according to relevant diagnostic criteria; (2) the kubota drinking water test screening ? level or ? level; (3) Patients with clear consciousness can follow instructions to swallow food; (4) Patients with informed consent and active cooperation in this study; (5) Patients aged 65-75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria of nasopharyngeal cancer radiotherapy postoperative group, brainstem infarction group, Parkinson disease group and swallowing disorder group of the elderly at home were all the same. 1. Patients who cannot eat orally, such as those who receive food through gastrostomy tube or long-term parenteral nutrition; 2. Severe patients who are not suitable for examination, such as those with high fever, bleeding tendency and serious diseases of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs; 3. Patients with mental disorder, insufficient cognitive function or insufficient intelligence to cooperate with the examination; 4. Patients who are unable to maintain the sitting position for swallowing contrast examination or are allergic to barium sulfate contrast agent.
