No minimum to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages = 60.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hereditary bone marrow failure; 2. Patients with pre-MDS or MDS related clonal cytogenetic abnormalities; 3. Previous allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 4. Previous physical organ transplants; 5. Have a history of solid tumors and hematological malignancies; 6. Complicated with HIV infection; 7. Combined with active hepatitis B or C.
