Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 20-40 years old; 2. BMI >= 18.5kg/m2 and <= 23.9kg/m2 3. Subjects whose menstrual cycle is 21-37 days; 4. Patients are willing to receive autologous regeneration factor therapy; 5. Those who have signed informed consent and are willing to follow up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with various malignant tumors or with a history of malignant tumors; 2. Patients with hemoglobin < 10g / dl and platelets < 100000 / mm3; 3. Patients who take immunosuppressive agents recently should take anticoagulants (such as warfarin or aspirin within 2 weeks); 4. Patients with a history of alcohol or drug abuse; 5. Patients with poor compliance and difficult to complete the study; 6. Patients with mental history or suicide risk, epilepsy or other central nervous system diseases; 7. Patients with systemic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, blood system diseases and poor control; 8. The researchers believe that there may be any situation that increases the risk of subjects or interferes with the clinical study.
