Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From August 2011 to July 2011, patients who underwent hemodialysis in the Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University were enrolled in the study. 1. Patients with age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of uremic stage of chronic renal failure; 3. Patients who received renal allograft for the first time; 4. Patients with stable vital signs can receive renal transplantation; 5. Conscious patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe infection and complications before operation; 2. Patients with a history of mental illness, neuropathy and brain injury; 3. Patients with hearing and language disorders; 4. Patients with drug and alcohol dependence history; 5. Patients with severe heart, brain, lung and other organ damage.
