Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed as hip and knee osteoarthritis, conservative treatment effect is poor. 2. Suitable for THA or TKA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with revision of the joint; 2. Patients with liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Patients with joint infection or suspected infection; 4. Patients with a history of heart disease, deep vein thrombosis or knee joint surgery.
