Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Patients with renal space occupying confirmed by imaging; 3. Patients without previous laparoscopic surgery history; 4. Patients with no previous history of pulmonary disease, 5. Patients without history of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and nervous system diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with absolute contraindications to surgery; 2. Patients with too large renal space occupying and unsuitable for nephron sparing surgery; 3. Patients with severe endocrine and hematopoietic diseases; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with contraindications to transesophageal ultrasonography.
