Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over the age of 18; 2. Patients with Ecg and those with clinically confirmed AF; 3. Those patients who need to undergo ecg, echocardiography, blood biochemical blood lipid and blood glucose examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with active inflammation (such as pulmonary infection, rheumatoid immune disease and other inflammatory diseases); 2. Patients with cardiac tumors and heart metastases; 3. Patients with pericardial diseases or pericardial effusion; 4. Patients with a history of cardiac surgery (coronary artery bypass grafting, valve replacement, pacemaker implantation); 5. Patients with splenic lesions and after resection; 6. Patients with thoracic vertebra lesions after resection.
