18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of as western medicine; 2. Patients aged between 18 and 50 years old; 3. Patients who voluntarily participate in clinical research and sign informed consent form; 4. Patients with active disease; disease activity index of ankylosing spondylitis (BASDAI) >= 4, spinal pain score (visual analogue scale, VAS score) >= 4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating patients; 2. Patients with severe functional disorders, such as zigzag joints, ankylosis of spine, and severe functional disorder; 3. Patients with acute complications requiring glucocorticoid treatment; 4. Patients with other serious primary diseases, psychosis and Alzheimer's disease; 5. Patients with peptic ulcer; 6. Patients who have received NSAIDs, DMARDs or biological agents within one month.
