Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with high risk of ARDS after operation; 2. The ARDS of the patient met the Berlin definition (oxygenation criteria: PaO 2 / FIO 2 < 300 mmHg, peep or CPAP = 5 cmH2O), and abdominal surgery was performed in the latest (less than 7 days); 3. Patients with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications of prone position ventilation: high intracranial pressure, increased intra-abdominal pressure, spinal or pelvic fractures, malignant arrhythmia, hemodynamic instability. 2. Patients died due to other unexpected factors (not caused by disease) during treatment.
