Gold Standard:Two physicians (trained and tested) performed cardiopulmonary auscultation using a traditional stethoscope.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 years old; 2. Patients who can cooperate with auscultation and agree to participate in the examination; 3. Patients who can accept echocardiography and agree to participate in the examination; 4. Patients who can sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The researcher thinks that the subjects should not be included (the patient's condition is too serious to cooperate); 2. Patients with noninvasive or invasive ventilation who cannot be auscultated clearly (patients who can still be auscultated are not excluded); 3. Pregnant women.
