Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need to use teicoplanin empirically or targeted anti infective therapy according to the clinical infectious disease and severity; 2. Patients with acute renal failure caused by critical illness; 3. Patients with oliguria or anuria during CRRT; 4. Patients older than 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with urine volume > 0.5ml/kg/h during CRRT; 2. Patients undergoing extracorporeal membrane oxygenation; 3. Patients with other non acute renal injury who underwent CRRT; 4. Subjects allergic to teicoplanin or with serious adverse reactions.
