Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The volunteers are healthy medical college students aged 18-25; 2. Those who have been isolated at home for at least 4 months during the epidemic period; 3. Those who sit for more than 6 hours a day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The Subjects who exercise regularly; 2. Patients with severe chronic diseases or with a history of surgery; 3. The subjects whose personal schedule conflicts with the experimental time.
