trial group:aspirate Gastric Tubes once everyday (21:00)
control group:aspirate Gastric Tubes every 4 hours everyday

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: When patients meet all the following conditions, they can choose to enter the observation study: 1. Adult patients (aged 18 or older) admitted to ICU; 2. Patients who received enteral nutrition through nasogastric tube continuously; 3. Patients who started enteral nutrition within 48 hours after admission; 4. Patients with mechanical ventilation; 5. Patients or family members sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients should not be selected for clinical study if they have any of the following conditions: 1. Patients receiving continuous enteral nutrition through jejunal nutrition tube. 2. Patients without mechanical ventilation for 48 hours after admission; 3. Patients with severe gastrointestinal diseases: Patients with pancreatitis, intestinal obstruction and digestive tract tumor after operation; 4. Patients who are prohibited from enteral nutrition by doctors due to disease reasons.
