Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 6 to 85 years, regardless of gender; 2) Perform elective gastroscopy surgery; 3) ASA grade I or II; 4) 18.0 kg / m2 <= BMI <= 30.0 kg / m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who refuse to participate; 2) Those allergic to propofol or esketamine; 3) Severe cardiovascular, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction or impaired adrenocortical function; 4) Patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome or respiratory difficulties; 5) A history of alcoholism or taking psychotropic drugs or analgesic drugs within 24 hours before surgery; 6) Have a history of chronic pain; 7) During pregnancy or lactation; 8) Seizures; 9) Those with increased intracranial pressure or intraocular pressure; 10) Use drugs that affect the central nervous system; 11) Ischemic heart disease; 12) Psychological problems or history of mental illness; 13) History of hyperthyroidism.
