Group S:induction 2-3% and maintenance 1.5-2.5% of sevoflurane during operation
Group S+L:induction 2-3% and 1.5-2.5%maintenance of sevoflurane during operation, lipid emulsions 1mg/kg/h during operations
Group P:induction and maintenance of propofol 3.0-4.0ug/ml during operation

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who sign informed consent form; 2. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery; 3. ASA I-II patients; 4. Patients aged 20-65 years; 5. Patients with BMI of 18.5-34.9 kg / m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hyperlipidemia; 2. Patients with fat emulsion allergy; 3. Patients with metabolic diseases, including diabetes mellitus; 4. Patients with severe arrhythmia, heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients taking drugs that affect glucose metabolism: glucocorticoids and beta blockers.
