Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the evidence-based guidelines of purpura nephritis, the patients with purpura nephritis were diagnosed. 2. Patients treated with glucocorticoid combined with MMF. 3. Patients who have signed informed consent and passed the medical ethics review.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe liver and kidney damage or other critical diseases.
