18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients with biliary stricture after liver transplantation (clinically suspected biliary obstruction includes clinical symptoms, abdominal pain, abnormal liver enzymes, abdominal color ultrasound, CT and MRCP, and the final diagnosis depends on cholangiography); 3. Patients who are willing to receive multiple ERCP and stent implantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intrahepatic bile duct stenosis; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease and unable to tolerate surgery; 3. MRCP showed biliary stricture, but normal bile duct outflow was found during ERCP; 4. Patients who refused multiple ERCP and stent implantation; 5. Patients who participated in other studies.
