Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 years old; 2. Patients with symptoms of compression of spinal cord and nerve root, including local and / or limb pain, numbness, fatigue, banding sensation, root pain, etc.; 3. Patients with benign tumor in spinal canal confirmed by postoperative pathology; 4. Patients without serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events within 6 months before operation (myocardial infarction, cardiac bypass, etc.).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 2. The patients who had thrombus found by ultrasound and had history of thrombus before operation were treated with anticoagulants; 3. Patients with severe malnutrition; 4. Patients with severe heart, kidney and liver complications; 5. Patients who underwent other operations during perioperative period.
