Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the medical history, the patients with insufficient dietary potassium intake, digestive tract potassium loss or hypokalemia secondary to diuretics were excluded; 2. Patients with renal potassium loss: when serum potassium is less than 3.0 mmol / L, 24-hour urine potassium is more than 20 mmol; 3. When serum potassium was less than 3.5 mmol/L, 24-hour urine potassium was more than 25 mmol; 4. Patients with normal or low blood pressure; 5. Patients with metabolic alkalosis.
