Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with body mass index >= 27.5kg/m2 and undergoing weight reduction surgery; 2. Patients aged 16-70 years; 3. Patients who understand and voluntarily participate in the study; 4. Patients who have passed the review of relevant ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary obesity caused by endocrine disorders; 2. Patients with a history of malignant tumor; 3. Patients with severe liver disease or renal failure; 4. Patients who had used glucocorticoid and other drugs before operation; 5. Patients who need to take antiepileptic drugs, metformin, histamine H2 receptor inhibitors and other drugs that affect vitamin B12 level after surgery; 6. Patients with uncontrollable mental illness; 7. Patients whose hearing, understanding and cognitive abilities are not enough to complete the follow-up; 8. Patients whose vitamin B12 metabolism is affected by other reasons; 9. Patients who lost follow-up.
