18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by pathological examination; 2. Patients who plan to receive IMRT with a dose greater than 60 Gy. 3. Patients with age >= 18 years old; 4. Patients who have clear consciousness and can express their symptoms clearly; 5. Patients who sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetes mellitus or severe heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and neuropsychiatric diseases. 2. Patients with skin allergy history; 3. Patients who had received radiotherapy before had received laser or cryotherapy on their neck skin.
