Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) From 2020.09 to 2021.09, patients in the supine position who need general anesthesia and non-head non-face surgery in our hospital; 2) male or female; 3) Age > 18 years old, 1 hour, and < 4 hours; 5) Did not use eye-related drugs within 1 week before being selected; 6) The subject voluntarily participates in the study and has signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative eye diseases such as keratitis, glaucoma, cataracts, and hyperthyroidism ophthalmopathy; 2) History of eye trauma or surgery; 3) Incomplete closure of eyelids before surgery; 4) Difficulty in communication, prior history of psychological or mental illness; 5) Evidence of severe cardiovascular, kidney, blood or liver disease.
