18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2. Benign biliary stricture was diagnosed (color doppler ultrasound, enhanced CT, MRCP and other imaging data and serum markers showed no possibility of malignant stricture, and ERCP imaging showed lower common bile duct stricture); 3. Patients are willing to be treated by ERCP with long-term follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe biliary tract infection; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary diseases, who are unable to tolerate surgery; 3. Acute attack or acute pancreatitis of chronic pancreatitis; 4. Refuse to operate ERCP more than once or stent implantation; 5. Benign and malignant tumors of the pancreas, biliary tract and duodenum; 6. Failure in surgery; 7. Recurrent attacks and malignant changes were found after follow-up; 8. Participate in other researchers.
