Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with aged >=18 years old; 2. Choledocholithiasis was diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound, CT or MRCP, and the final diagnosis was through ERCP angiography, which was in line with the difficult common bile duct stones in the 2018 Chinese ERCP guidelines; 3. Patients who refused surgery were willing to be treated with ERCP.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with life expectancy less than half a year; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease and unable to tolerate surgery; 3. Patients who refused multiple ERCP or lost follow-up; 4. Patients with benign and malignant tumors of pancreas, biliary tract and duodenum; 5. Patients who failed in operation; 6. Patients who participated in other studies.
