Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing head down laparoscopic surgery (estimated operation time > 120min), 2. ASA I- II; 3. Patients aged 25 to 65 years old; 4. Patients who have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with arteriovenous puncture failure; 2. Patients with failure of oesophageal ultrasound probe implantation or accidents during the implantation process; 3. Patients with intraoperative accidents (including high airway pressure, intraoperative blood loss > 25% of their own blood volume, or intraoperative monitoring of HB < 7g / L, allergy, unstable circulation, change of operation mode, etc.).
