10 Years to 19 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Patients aged 10-19 years; 2. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) >= 16; 3. Patients who are not taking medication or have experienced a washout period of at least five drug half lives. In the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups 1. Patients aged 10-19 years; 2. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) <= 7.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria of case group were as follows 1. Patients with other mental diseases, epilepsy, bipolar depression, etc; 2. Patients with contraindication of MRI scanning (patients with pacemaker, nerve stimulator, artificial metal heart valve, etc.). The exclusion criteria of the control group were as follows 1. Patients with previous history of brain injury or brain surgery; 2. Patients with contraindication of MRI scanning (patients with pacemaker, nerve stimulator, artificial metal heart valve, etc.).
