Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non laparoscopic surgery, non cardiac surgery and mechanical ventilation time > 90 min; 2. Patients aged 18-80 years old; 3. Patients with ASA I to III grade; 4. Patients who have been in hospital for at least 24 hours after operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent surgery only under local anesthesia, regional anesthesia or anesthesia monitoring; 2. In patients with previous severe kidney disease, the history of chronic kidney disease was more than 4 or the estimated glomerular filtration rate (EGFR) was less than 30ml / min before dialysis or operation; 3. Patients who need single lung isolation and lung transplantation; 4. Patients with mechanical ventilation time less than 90 min; 5. Laparoscopic surgery and urological surgery patients; 6. Patients with severe pulmonary ventilation dysfunction; 7. Patients who are allergic to general anesthetics.
