No minimum to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of first visit was from birth to 14 years old; 2. Patients with simple PMVSD or other simple congenital heart diseases confirmed by careful color Doppler ultrasound examination include (1) Patent foramen ovale; (2) The diameter of the defect was less than 0.3cm; (3) The diameter of the defect was less than 0.5cm; (4) Left superior vena cava was not associated with other complex cardiac malformations (such as anomalous pulmonary venous drainage, conus arteriosus malformation, interruption of aortic arch, primary pulmonary hypertension, etc.); 3. Patients without major disease at the time of initial visit (life-threatening organic disease not caused by congenital heart disease). 4. Patients or their guardians voluntarily sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are unable to cooperate with doctors to complete regular outpatient follow-up or give up diagnosis and treatment.
