Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the clinical symptoms and signs of acute ischemic stroke, confirmed to be acute ischemic stroke after CT/MRI examination, and comply with "Chinese Acute Ischemic Stroke Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2018"; 2. Be over 18 years old and less than or equal to 75 years old; 3. Time of onset Within 24 hours; 4. The modified Rankin scale (mRS score) score 0 to 1 before the onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a history of past stroke, cerebral hemorrhage and transient cerebral ischemia; 2. Chronic diseases such as severe liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumors, immune system diseases, thyroid function diseases, gout and other cardiovascular diseases; 3. Recent Blood transfusion, taking anticoagulant, antiplatelet, immunosuppressant and hormone drugs; 4. Combined with other life-threatening diseases that affect the research results.
