Age
19 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021, patients with tibial plateau fractures who were admitted to the surgery continuously were evaluated by preoperative three-dimensional CT scans and X-rays to assess whether the patient had a posterior outer quadrant compression fracture. After the diagnosis is confirmed, the transfibular head approach and our patented steel plate are used for internal fixation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients aged < 18 years, articular surface compression collapse < 3mm, pathological fractures, combined with compartment syndrome, and open fractures who require other treatments, and patients who lack complete follow-up data.
