65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. ASA grade II-III; 3. Elective surgery for lung and esophageal cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative cognitive impairment (MMSE score = 30 mg/d or other opioid equivalents); 4. History of drug allergy (opioid, local anesthetic, NSASIDs).
